I think we need to state the fact that we are in this crime mess because the PLP made the decision some years ago to adopt a Policy of Co-Existence with the Gangs…and this policy has now blown-up in their faces. I think it’s a fair assessment and we need to remind people that this act was one of treachery. They created this mess by looking the other way in the hopes the gangs would simply keep to themselves and also self-police themselves. They, the PLP looked the other way because too many of their supporters were making too much money in the drug trade. This policy of Co-Existence has led to Bermuda becoming a gangstaa paradise.
Didn’t they found drugs at the Milk factory? How can you state its PLP when the Leader of another political party business place was in question regarding drugs? Sad day for Bermuda if OBA ever gets to be government.
Drugs were never found there and ___ ___ lied in a video over youtube, get your facts straight.
‘Forensically confirmed’? In other words you found shell casings.
Deh batta start using .38
Takes more practice but just the same.
But not to worry people of Bermuda the Police tonight announced a huge effort to go after people who run stop signs and drive badly..really!!! Are they so afraid to to the real problems in Bermuda it’s a pity the people at the top of this organization were not elected because it really is time for change
People that do big crimes often make small mistakes because they are not thinking correctly. When and if they slip up, they get pulled over, questioned and maybe searched. Believe it or not many criminals are apprehendid this way.
However, there is a huge problem with people running stop signs and other traffic violations. If you are not part of the problem , be a part of the solution instead of attacking the police.
I’m really happy about this. Too many people out there drinking too much and driving home. I’d be happy if the police were out there most nights stopping drivers out of Hamilton and breathalyzing them. And, one of the real problems out there is drinking and driving.
Two men on a bike, again!
@James I agree.. I wish people would stop blaming Government for everything… you think this will stop if OBA got into power heck no…These thugs don’t give a damn about who is in power half of them probably don’t even know… all they care about is what they are doing and revenge…Sad day for Bermuda is right if OBA got into power.. Bermudians would really know the meaning of struggle then…
