The 2012 Front Street Miles:
The KPMG Bermuda Invitational Mile attracts students aged 8 to 18 from all local schools, who vie for the opportunity to participate in the international event. The students get the opportunity to meet and train with elite runners from around the world. This initiative has been a huge success for KPMG in Bermuda and the local community, attracting international and local athletes alike to compete in the prestigious event.
As always, spectators are welcome to come out and support your favourite athletes. If you have any questions, please contact the race director Mike Charles at 292-2615 or mcharles@but.bm.
Good luck to everyone and I look forward to seeing all of you there, if you have an opportunity to do a good deed or help someone on the night please do, it means a lot to have good people helping good people at these events, we at least can make us proud and show each other and our visitors how much good is still in Bermuda. And if we wish hard enough maybe the BWS will give us an accurate format for the event, again best of luck.
