Commercial Softball League To Host AGM
The Commercial Softball League [CSL] will be holding its AGM at the offices of Lombard Odier [3rd Floor,Victoria Place, 31 Victoria Place] on Tuesday 29th January 2013 at 5:30pm. All members should be in attendance, and any queries can be directed to Danny Cook at 333-1587 or Dean Williams at 333-136.
Dean Williams is running for president. Other candidates include Danny Cook [treasurer], Paulo Arruda [scheduler], Don Burgess [public relations officer]. The CSL is looking for people to run as vice president and treasurer.
Danny Cook said: “Anyone can run for any of the positions including the positions we have proposed a candidate for. “In the past we have had one Vice President for each Division. This year we are looking for one Vice President to fill a different role. Since the use of the website and email as our main source of communication, the amount of work the Vice Presidents do, has dwindle to a minimum.”
Anyone interested in signing up a new team should attend tonight’s meeting.
