PartnerRe Ltd. Increase Annual Dividend
Bermuda-based PartnerRe Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has increased the annual dividend to $2.56 per common share, from $2.48 per common share. This is the twentieth consecutive year that the Company has increased the common share dividend since its inception in 1993.
The Board declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.64 per common share. The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to common shareholders of record on February 19, 2013, with the stock trading ex-dividend commencing February 15, 2013.
