Sankofa Hosts Documentary Screening Tonight
Sankofa: The Wellness Centre is promising an evening of “exciting enlightenment” when it presents a screening of the documentary “Kumbh Mela: Songs of the River” at its Chancery Lane headquarters tonight [Apr. 20] at 7 p.m.
Kumbh Mela is a roving festival that has moved around India for more than 4000 years. The documentary focuses on the 2001 Kumbh Mela event, which became the largest gatherings of humanity in recorded history.
