Two Openings At The Arts Centre On Sunday
There will be two openings at the Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard on Sunday [Apr.7] , a members’ open juried show and a solo exhibit called “Eternal Bloom” by Nahed Eid.
Unique artist Nahed Eid transforms ordinary everyday objects into works of art. A fine art graduate, Ms Eid’s studies influenced and enhanced her creativity and imagination.
Her distinctive work of art is a combination of mixed media materials that are tied together in bright and magnificent colors to create a beautiful feast for the eyes.
In designing jewellery, her unique pieces are made either in sterling silver, pewter, brass, or copper. Semi-precious stones are used to capture the light, and pearls are used for the enhancement and balance of each unique piece.
Both shows will open at 5.30 p.m.
