Police Issue Traffic Advisory For Wednesday
As part of the installation services for Bishop Nicholas Dill on Wednesday [May 29], a small ceremonial procession will take place from City Hall to the Anglican Cathedral on Church Street. Police will assist with traffic control along the route of the procession.
A police spokesperson said, “The motoring public is advised that from approximately 6:20pm to 6:30pm Wednesday, May 29th a small ceremonial procession will take place in the City of Hamilton as part of installation services for Bishop Nicholas Dill.
“The procession will travel from City Hall to the Anglican Cathedral on Church Street. Police officers from the Central Community Action Team will assist with traffic control in the area until the conclusion of the procession.”
