Slideshow: Beat The Retreat/Harbour Nights

Last night [May 15] crowds gathered in Hamilton for Harbour Nights, with the night’s entertainment lineup including a a Beating of the Retreat Ceremony. Historically, the event has always been restricted to Front Street, but this year it also incorporates Reid and Queen Streets. Front and Reid Street is pedestrianized between Burnaby Hill and Queen Street, and Queen is closed between Front and Church Street.
