Man Charged With Murder Of Verneil Richardson
Less than three days after 21-year-old Verneil Richardson was killed, a man has been charged with his murder.
Adam King appeared in Magistrates Court this afternoon [June 28], where he was charged with murdering Verneil Richardson.
Mr King, 34, appeared before Senior Magistrate Archie Warner and was remanded in custody.
He did not have to enter a plea as the case can only be heard in the Supreme Court.
At approximately 1am on Wednesday [June 26], Mr Richardson, 21, was fatally stabbed in the parking lot of the Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club.

But he turned himself in.
Am I missing something here.
The fact that he turned himself in would not stop him from being detained if there is sufficient evidence to charge him.
I believe with a charge of murder, it is unlikely that he would get bail.

This is why people are saying stay strong Adam. He did turn himself in because he is actually a great guy, i would have never thought would be caught up in something like this. He has settled right now and has a wonderful family of his own. This is a fight that went wrong but I believe that the CCTV footage will show Adam being attached while trying to leave… Lets wait and see… Judge not less ye be judged…
