The 2013 North American Caribbean Rugby Association’s [NACRA] Under 19’s Fifteen’s Tournament, kicked off in Trinidad with Bermuda going down in their opener. Taking on Jamaica in their Group A Division match, Bermuda fell 10 – 3.

Center Leon Savage opened the scoring for Jamaica after only 4 minutes with Takeem Creary adding the conversion. Opposite fly half Stephen Edwards pulled 3 points back for Bermuda after 11 minutes with a penalty.

In a match where neither team dominated and in a game of contrasting styles, with Jamaica looking to run the ball at every opportunity and Bermuda looking to make ground through their forwards, the match was secured for Jamaica 7 minutes into the second half courtesy of a Creary penalty.
