Cycling: Harrington Sound Time Trial Results
The Bermuda Bicycle Association’s Crime Stoppers Time Trial took place on Sunday [Aug 18] on the Harrington Sound Course.
Male Veterans rider Darren Glasford, fresh off his silver medal performance in Ireland, recorded the fastest time on the course clocking 35:12.5. Geoff Smith clocked a time of 35:34.5 to finish second and Winners Edge rider Mark Hatherley finished third claiming the Male Open title with a time of 35:46.8.
Fast Forward Bicycle Works rider Daniel Oatley finished 10th overall to claim the Junior Male 15-16 Age Group Division with a time of 39:10.2, while the Female Open winner was Winners Edge rider Nicole Mitchell who finished 17th overall with a time of 40:19.9.
