Videos: Fast Forward Bicycle Works Criterium
Spectators were treated to high speed racing as the Fast Forward Bicycle Works Crit took place in Hamilton this weekend. The short course saw riders start on Woodbourne Avenue, turn right on Gorham Road, then they took a right on Bermudiana Road, which was followed by a right on Pitts Bay Road and then a right on Woodbourne Avenue.
Madison rider Dominique Mayho powered his way to victory in the Adult A Division clocking a time of 43:15.1, Shannon Lawrence was second with a time of 44:00.8 and Winners Edge rider Mark Hatherley was third in a time of 44:20.8.
Adult A
In the Men’s B Division, Winners Edge rider Anthony Ricky Smith clocked a time of 36:13.7 crossing the line first. Daniel Degiorgio clocked a time of 36:13.8 riding for Tokio finishing second and Winners Edge rider Kareem Johnson finished third in a time of 36:14.0.
Adult B
Hiscox rider Howard Williams won the Adult C Division race with a time of 27:40.4, Fast Forward Bicycle Works rider Alex Godfrey finished second with a time of 27:40.8 and Andrew Soares finished third with a time of 27:42.9.
Adult C
Earlena Ingham clocked a time of 21:35.6 riding for Fast Forward Bicycle Works as she took the line honors in the Women’s Division. Gabriella Arnold riding for Winners Edge finished second with a time of 21:38.6 and Wenda Roberts riding for Fast Forward Bicycle Works finished third with a time of 21:41.2.
Women’s
Winners Edge rider Matthew Oliviera won the Junior A Division race with a time of 22:30.3, while Fast Forward Bicycle Works rider Nichloas Pilgrim won the Junior B Division race clocking 17:04.8 and Alexander Miller won the Junior C Division race with a time of 10:37.9.
