Man Denies Stealing Gasoline And Chainsaw
A 51 year old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 7] where he denied stealing gasoline and a chainsaw from a house in Tucker’s Town.
Chet Wilmot pleaded not guilty to stealing gasoline from a Tucker’s Town house; stealing a chainsaw and gasoline, and prowling about the house.
The three alleged incursions onto the one property are alleged to have occurred earlier this month, and were said to have been recorded on the house’s CCTV security system.
Senior Magistrate Archie Warner ordered that Wilmot should be remanded into custody.
