Photos/Video: Car Crashes, Lands Upside Down
[Updated with slideshow/video] There was a collision earlier this afternoon [Nov 22] on North Shore Road [just east of the Aquarium] which resulted in the car landing upside down. It did not appear that the driver was injured.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene, where traffic was reduced to one lane due to the car’s position. Commuters drove past, many slowing down to have a look at the vehicle. A tow truck arrived and removed the vehicle just before 5pm, clearing the road in time for rush hour traffic.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The accidents are mounting up….everyone is either in a hurry, drunk or simply not using the best of attention while driving…..let’s all have a safe Christmas.

I’ve almost been hit 8 times in the last 2 days, twice by buses pulling out of a stop and onto my side of the road. My car is blue not invisible. To the woman that decided overtaking a bike on a corner in the rain was a good idea, don’t forget your brain next time you rush out of the house.
Remember, that when a bus is pulling away from their stop, you are supposed to stop and give way.
From behind yes, but should they come on to my side of the road if I’m coming toward them? Wouldn’t they have to give way to me? Anyone know? The buses I can get over but the lack of attention and outright dangerous driving is increasing everyday.
Driving past the aquarium this morning there was another accident as well – green car seriously smashed on the front(I drove past at 8.45 at traffic was being diverted via the aquarium drive)
What on earth is going on lately, more and more accidents! How on earth does someone land on their lid doing the Bermuda speeds?
Bermuda is so upside-down these days – he was merely trying to “right” himself!

How could that even happen? What IS this, the Indi 500??? People. PLEASE slow down! Where the hell are you going anyway that you have to drive like you are the only driver or rider on the road???? Life is short enough.
Assumptions are not wise, nowhere does it say that the person was speeding, was on the phone, drunk or anything of the sort.
But the odds are that it was one of those three. Whats left? Medical, inattention or just can’t drive?
Maybe speeding. Guys take that corner past the aquarium pretty fast.
