Man Charged With Sending Threats On Facebook
A 24 year old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Nov 22], where he faced charges alleging he sent threatening messages over Facebook.
Andre Nisbett was charged with using electronic communications to send messages that threatened to kill a woman, namely the mother of his two month old child.
The charges are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court, so he did not have to enter a plea. Senior Magistrate Archie Warner remanded him in custody, and he will reappear in Court on 5th December.
