We are thankful to PwC for this donation and will ensure that the laptops are put to good use.”

Tom Miller, Managing Director, PwC Bermuda, said, “As part of our approach to Corporate Responsibility at PwC, we are focused on supporting the development of young Bermudians through a range of community initiatives in schools across Bermuda.

“With this donation of the firm’s laptops through this excellent Government programme, we are delighted that these computers will see a second life and will prove an invaluable resource for many young people here.”

Andrew Beek, Director of Information Technology, PwC Bermuda, added, “By donating these computers for reuse, we are promoting maximum environmental benefit in addition to social and educational value.

“We would urge other companies to also consider donating to the Ministry’s computer refurbishment programme, which requires an ongoing supply of replacement PCs every few years.”
