Bermudian Dogs To Compete In Florida Event

The Bermuda Kennel Club [BKC]  announced that two of the island’s top agility dogs will represent Bermuda in the American Kennel Club [AKC] Agility Invitational this coming weekend on December 14 in Orlando, Florida.

The Bermudian dogs, a Labrador Retriever named Bella and a Border Collie named Tess, will be competing against more than 600 other dogs.

Each year, the American Kennel Club invites the five top agility dogs from each breed who have accumulated the highest score throughout the year’s competitions in the United States. A selection of other countries whose kennel clubs are affiliated with the AKC are also invited to send their top agility dogs.

Last year Bermuda, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Puerto Rico were represented.
