A Neos flight – travelling from Cancun to Milan – diverted to Bermuda due to a passenger’s medical emergency, with a subsequent mechanical issue delaying its onward departure.
A spokesperson said, “Skyport can confirm that Neos flight NO473, travelling from Cancun, Mexico, to Milan, Italy, diverted to L.F. Wade International Airport on November 6, 2026, due to a medical issue involving a passenger on board. The aircraft, a Boeing 787, landed at approximately 3:01 am.
