19 Yr Old Denies Underage Sex, Alcohol Charges

February 11, 2014

A 19 year old male appeared in Magistrates Court today [Feb 11] where he denied charges of unlawful carnal knowledge of two 14-year-old girls as well as administering cannabis and alcohol to them.

The defendant — who cannot be legally named at this stage — denied having unlawful carnal knowledge of two fourteen year old girls earlier this month.

He also pleaded not guilty to charges of administering cannabis and alcohol to the two girls with the intent of changing the girl’s behavior.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner questioned Prosecutor Cindy Clarke about the charges, and Ms Clarke told the Magistrate that the evidence in the file before her was that the alleged acts were sequential and not concurrent, and that no physical force had been used. She told the Magistrate that the two girls had allegedly arrived together and left together.

The defendant was granted $5,000 bail with one surety and was ordered to have no contact with the two girls. Trial was set for May 2014.

Does the trial have to be delayed for three months. To me this seems to be excessive seeing that the young ladies are only 14. Can we not speed this up for the sake of the young ladies? Do they have legal representation?

  3. tricks are for kids says:

Sequential? Not forced? ……threesome perhaps…what is this world coming to……fathers please embrace your daughters….talk to them….give them the love and attention that they deserve so that they don’t go looking for it elsewhere…..this is horrible…..
