KRyS Global Names New CEO, HR Head

Kenneth KrysKRyS Global, a firm dedicated to corporate recovery, asset tracing, insolvency, forensic accounting, and business advisory services, today announced the appointment of Timothy Ward as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ward’s appointment as CEO will allow the firm to focus its resources on becoming the best asset recovery firm operating offshore. This will reinforce the existing management structure and will enable Kenneth Krys [pictured above], former CEO, who will become Executive Chairman of the firm, to direct his attention to the strategic, business development, and risk management elements of the firm.

Timothy Ward is an attorney by profession and has a wealth of experience in leading and growing entrepreneurial companies, particularly those operating in the financial services and technology sectors. With twenty years’ legal and financial background, Mr. Ward has excelled in motivating management and focusing their efforts consistent with the firm’s vision and global objectives.

To add to the continued growth of the firm, KRyS Global has also appointed Sarah Kelly as Global Head of Human Resources. Ms. Kelly joins KRyS Global from a leading global law firm, based in the UK, where she was Head of Human Resources.

Ms. Kelly is also a solicitor by profession and practised as a corporate solicitor for five years before moving to a career in HR. Sarah will work closely with Tim to strengthen the global administrative team and support business growth.
