Woman Charged With Stealing Over $50,000
A 45 year old woman was charged in Magistrates Court this morning [Feb 4], with seven counts of stealing just over $50,000 in credit balances from HSBC/Bermuda.
The seven charges spanned the period November 2008 to September 2012 with amounts ranging between $900 and $34,400.
Traci Ball pleaded not guilty to all seven. Her trial was set for May and she was granted $6,000 bail with one Surety.

HSBC Unit had judgment against it in the amount of $2.46 BILLION re securities fraud.

Yeah—yes it is and here’s why? Traci is likely to see jail time if convicted and correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think any HSBC official spent a minute in jail for their massive crime. Heck, our justice system sentenced a person to 30 days in jail for stealing food. WTF
