Court: Two Men Deny Murder & Firearm Charges
Two men appeared in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment sessions today [Mar 3] where they denied the murder of George Lynch, who was shot dead in 2010.
Wolde Gardner [33 - pictured] and Rickai Dickinson [28] were both charged with the premeditated murder, on 5th May 2010, of George Lynch.
They were also both charged with using a firearm, on that same date, to commit an indictable offence.
Both pleaded not guilty, and their trial was set for May. Both will remain in custody.
Mr Lynch was shot and killed while standing outside a Midland Heights Crescent, Hamilton Parish home at around 10.30pm on May 5th, 2010.
