Music Video: “Light It Up” By Collie Buddz
Bermudian reggae musician Collie Buddz has released his latest music video, with “Light It Up” hitting the internet today [Mar 4], with some of his fans online saying the new video showcases a different style from the artist.
Collie Buddz is widely regarded to be one of the most successful musicians the island has produced in recent years. His demo track, “Come Around” became very popular in the reggae scenes of Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Jamaica, and lead to his relationship with international powerhouse recording label Sony.
He was signed to the recording label and his self-titled album “Collie Buddz” was released in 2007. His videos were featured on international radio and television stations, and his debut single “Come Around” was ranked number one on the BBC Radio’s U.K. dance hall chart.
In recent years he has left Sony, formed his own record label, and continues to release new music to great reception.
His music career has lead him to tour dozens of nations worldwide including Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Britain, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dubai, England, Germany, Guam, Guyana, Italy, Jamaica, Finland, France, Japan, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, St. Croix, Tortola, Trinidad, Qatar, the United States, and even the tiny Pacific nation of Vanuatu.
