BBA Tokio Millenium Re Road Race Results
Bermuda Bicycle Association’s road racing has been started on Sunday morning [Apr 20]. The start/finish line was at John Smith’s Bay, making for a beautiful backdrop for the racing which included 133 participants across all categories.
In a mad thrash to the finish, Arthur Pitcher bested Dominique Mayho and Shannon Lawrence and Darren Glasford in the A category while junior Tyler Smith outfoxed the adults in B by escaping off the front before the downhill finish and holding off the chasing hordes.
Next weekend is the Butterfield Bermuda Grand Prix which starts Friday evening in St. George and then continues on Saturday morning in St. David’s, concluding in Hamilton on Sunday morning.
