Bacardi Appoints Dolan As Interim CEO
The Board of Directors of Bacardi Limited announced the appointment of Michael J. Dolan as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Dolan has been a member of the Board of Bacardi Limited since 2009.
Mr. Dolan’s principal office will be at the Company headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda, subject to Bermuda Department of Immigration approvals.
Mr. Dolan most recently served as Chairman and CEO of IMG Worldwide, a global leader in sports, fashion and media. Mr. Dolan joined IMG in 2010 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, Mr. Dolan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom, Inc. and prior to that was Chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam [Y&R], the global marketing services company.
