Man Denies Murder Of Garry ‘Fingas’ Cann

In this morning’s [May 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment Session, Jermaine Simmons, 38, pleaded not guilty to the premeditated murder of Garry “Fingas” Cann on 15th December 2009 and to using a firearm to commit an indictable offence on the same date.

The Crown indicated that they intend to join this case with the case against Zikai Cann, who is also charged with the murder of Mr. Cann. Simmons will remain in custody until his trial.

    Do you know he is innocent, you dont know for sure.what you need to support is for the gun violence to stop. How much more lives will be lost, before we come together as a community. Its not about zikai or fingas or the many others that have lost a life or family through this bull shi#. We need our young black man. Look at the whole picture.
