Shianne Smith Finishes Third In France
Shianne Smith finished third in the Women’s Heptathlon during the in Inter Elite Combined Track & Field Championships in Oyonnax, France.
Smith recorded 8 Season Best in each event during the Meet, she had a Season Best Overall score of 5398 representing Montpellier Agglo Athletic Med.
Smith finished first in the 800m with a time of 2:17:66, she then leaped 5.69m in the Long Jump to finish 2nd.
A toss of 38.96m saw her win the Javelin Throw, she then clocked 14:41 finishing 5th in the 100m Hurdles.
A time of 24:98 saw Smith finish 1st in the 200m race, with her next leaping 1.52m in the High Jump finishing 8th.
She closed out the event with a Shot Put toss of 12.36m finishing 4th.
