Government’s CITV Fall Programme Line-Up
The fall programming schedule gets underway this week on the Government’s television station CITV.
A Government spokesperson said, “There are several shows of note on tap including CITV’s brand new programme showcasing local cinematographers and video artists. The edition features Lindsey Walker and Kerry Seymour.
“For sports fans there will be an interview with Sports Minister R. Wayne Scott and Norbert Simons discussing The National Sports Plan on In The Know hosted by Lisa Pickering.
“Also this month, CITV Today will feature guests from the Department of National Drug Control. Tina Evans-Caines has a heartfelt conversation with Julia Peniston from Child and Family Services and Nicole Fox, a recovering addict.
“For culture enthusiasts there are two programmes of note, the Folklife Documentary Series produced by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, featuring veteran fisherman Llewellyn Hollis and coverage of The Biennial Exhibition, a showcase of local artists displaying their talents at the Bermuda National Gallery.
“And finally for something a little outside the box – “Bugs In Bermuda”. In this programme CITV explores some of the arthropods that inhabit our island home via the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and Vector Control with an interview with Government Entomologist Claire Jessey. CITV can be found on CableVision ch. 2 and WOW ch. 102.

How much does this continue to cost us? It was a waste of money when it was conceived and continues to be a waste of money.
Not to mention everybody can’t even view it.
