A nah .. That’s sharp ! It about time we celebrate our own heroes … They belong to us … L O V E I T..
Great photo. Congrats to all. The pastor gave a great sermon. Church was packed. Congrats Mrs. Gail Santucci you worked hard on the mural.
Thank you Mr. Butler and associates.
This presentation is truly artistically beautiful and nostalgic. Thank you for keeping history alive by reminding us of those persons who made significant contributions to Bermuda’s cultural development, growth and prosperity. They are indeed our Heroes & Heroines in our stories which have served to sculpt us into who we are.
Dr. John Henrik Clarke describes history like this:
“History is a clock that people use to tell their political and cultural time of day. It is a compass they use to find themselves on the map of human geography. It tells them where they are but, more importantly, what they must be.”
Marcus Mosiah Garvey: “History is the gatepost of a race. It is the inspiration for succeeding generations to either move forward or standstill.”
Let’s keep moving forward!
