He continued, “The hurricane did impact a handful of other channels, which are now up, and our team is currently working to restore full quality. We also wish to advise our soccer enthusiasts that BPL matches will be available on our channels 600 and 601 this weekend. ”

Mr Wright stated, “We are happy to know our customers remained safe during and post hurricane, but are aware that many customers suffered damage to their homes and in some situations the damage has included loss of quality WOW service.

“I would encourage customers affected by a loss of WOW service to contact our Customer Care Associates at 292.1969 to arrange an appointment for us to assist with restoration of your service.

“There is no need for those who have already contacted us for an appointment to call again. WOW is taking on additional teams so we can assist customers with their restoration efforts relating to WOW service.”
