BSSF Middle School Boy’s Volleyball Results
Mount Saint Agnes ended Warwick Academy’s long standing hold on the Bermuda School Sports Federation’s Middle School Boys Volleyball Championships, with a 25-18 victory in the final.
Warwick jumped out to an early 7-2 and looked to be on their way to their eighth consecutive Championship, but Mount Saint Agnes One Team had other ideas and mounted a furious rally to even the match.
Both teams then matched each other point for point until the latter stages when Mount Saint Agnes One’s consistent serving surged them ahead of a tiring Warwick team.
Mount Saint Agnes One went on to score the final five points of the game putting an end to any thoughts Warwick Academy might have had of a comeback.
Warwick advanced to the Final after they defeated Saltus Grammar 25-11 in their Semi-Final, while Mount Saint Agnes One defeated T.N.Tatem Two 25-14 in the other.
