Motorcyclist Sustains Minor Injuries In Collision
A 43 year old Devonshire man sustained minor injuries when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car in Warwick on Saturday.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 5:30pm on Saturday, November 15th first responders were dispatched to a reported collision at the junction of Middle Road and Longford Road in Warwick.
“It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along Middle Road and a car was being driven along the same road when they collided at the junction.
“The rider, a 43 year old Devonshire man sustained minor injuries, was treated at the hospital and later discharged. There were no other injuries reported; however temporary traffic delays occurred in the surrounding area.
“Both vehicles directly involved were damaged as well as another car traveling immediately behind the collision, which received damage to its windscreen from flying debris.
“Inquiries are ongoing and any witnesses should contact Constable Rajiv Bailey at the Somerset Police Station on telephone number 234-1010.”
