Man Charged With Causing Harm While Driving
In Magistrate’s Court this morning [Dec 17], James Guishard faced a single indictable charge of causing grievous bodily harm to another person by driving without due care and attention.
The charge results from an accident on Harrington Sound Road that took place on October 20, 2014.
As the charge can only be dealt with in Supreme Court, Mr. Guishard was not required to plead.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted Mr. Guishard bail at $5,000 and ordered a return to court for mention on December 31, 2014.
