Man Remanded On Trespass, Prowling Charges
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 15], a 48-year-old man was remanded in custody after facing charges involving trespassing, prowling, and stealing.
Stanley Davis faced four charges, alleging that on one occasion Mr Davis was armed with a knife and that on another he stole items to the value of $450. The cases relate to alleged acts occurring between November and December 2014.
As the charges can only be heard in the Supreme Court, the defendant did not have to enter a plea. Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered Mr Davis held in custody until his Mention date of 29th December 2014.
