Bermudian cyclist Conor White secured a top 30 finish during the final stage of The Peaks 2 Day p/b Velo Edge on Sunday.

The second-stage time trial featured a compact 2.9km course starting in Holme and ending with a steep ascent of the Holme Moss climb. White completed the course in 10:04, finishing one minute and nine seconds behind the stage winner.

Jake Edwards claimed the victory with a time of 8:55. The uphill trial required high power output to manage the significant elevation gain over the short distance.

White’s performance placed him comfortably within the top 30 riders for the stage. The result concludes the two-day event for the Bermudian as he continues to compete on the British domestic racing circuit.
