Man Denies Heroin, Cash Possession Charges

Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session this morning [Jan 5], a 47-year-old man denied conspiring to import heroin and possessing over $120,000 knowing it to be the proceeds of crime.

Luke Hill, pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiring to import the controlled drug diamorphine [heroin] and three counts of possessing more the cash knowing it to be the proceeds of criminal activity.

Mr Hill must reappear at the February Arraignments, and will remain on bail until.
