Family Centre To Host “Celebrate The Night”
With the Family Centre’s continuum of counseling services, community programmes and advocacy and training services supporting more and more children and families, the group has acknowledged the rising demand for their services, saying “Family Centre knows that the long-term success of Bermuda’s children depends on the support of many.”
To celebrate their efforts and continue to raise funds, Family Centre will be hosting “Celebrate the Night,” which promises to include a “bountiful buffet” and a cash bar in a “mix and mingle” setting, with raffle prizes to be sold during the evening.
The celebration will take place on February 28, 2015, from 7.00pm through 11.00pm at the Fourways Inn.
Tickets to “Celebrate the Night,” which cost $60 each, are available at Fourways Inn, La Trattoria, BDAtix, and Family Centre at Charities House on Point Finger Road. The Family Centre hopes to draw 500 people to the event.
Event sponsors include Mike Collins, Butterfield & Vallis, Bermuda Commercial Bank, Chartwell Indusries, BELCO, CellOne and supporters are Admiral Management, Select Sites Group, Europa Imports, AIC TOPS, and Cablevision.
Martha Dismont, Family Centre Executive Director, said, “We are very grateful to everyone who has supported Family Centre events for the past 25 years. The funding that we raise from our events, and particularly, our ‘Celebrate the Night’ event, supports counseling services for vulnerable children and their families.
“We are looking forward to a great event, with music, dancing, comedy and excellent food. Come and join us for a fun night out, and bring a friend.”
