Man Charged: Causing Grievous Bodily Harm
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Mar 13], a 23-year-old man was charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a person by driving without due care and attention.
Tian Xu faced the indictable charge of causing grievous bodily harm by driving without due care and attention, which allegedly occurred on Middle Road in Southampton in December 2014.
Because the charge can only be tried in Supreme Court, Mr Xu was not required to enter a plea.
Magistrate Archie Warner granted $5,000 bail with one surety and required Mr Xu to re-appear on 27th March.
