BSSF Senior School Preliminary Track Results
The Bermuda School Sports Federation held the Senior School Track and Field Preliminaries at the National Sports Center.
The top three qualifiers in the Under 16 Girls 800m where Messiah Greaves representing Bermuda High clocking a time of 2:38.49, Ali Boylan also from Bermuda High finished second with a time of 2:39.34 and Symira Lowe-Darrell from Cedarbridge was third with time of 2:42.54.
In the Boys Over 16 3000, Daniel Oatley from Saltus Gramm finished first with a time of 10:38.59, Nasaje Anderson from Cedarbridge finished second clocking a time of 11:50.98 and Andy Perez from Cedarbridge finished third with a time of 12:05.09.

Looks like I still hold the boys 14-16 yrs DISCUS record I set in 1965 (50 yrs ago) at the Inter-school sports meet – when I threw the discus 143′ 11″!! I also set the Saltus record that year with a throw of 151′ 11″!!
Don’t believe me….Then call Jon Beard at S-G-S!! I have 2 of the oldest sports records on the Island!!
