Man Denies Assaulting His 11-Year-Old Son
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Apr 15], a 50-year-old man denied assaulting his 11-year-old son.
The defendant, who we believe cannot be legally named at this time, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting the 11-year-old, with the Court hearing it allegedly occurred earlier this month.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for July, and granted bail of $5,000.
