Photos: Age Concern Hosts ‘Duel of Ages’

April 7, 2015

Age Concern’s ‘Duel of Ages’ event, a fund raising effort held on March 27, brought together a diversified group of people of all ages and backgrounds in support of Age Concern, Bermuda’s advocacy group for seniors.

The night began with cocktails alongside the sounds of young Bermudian pianist Malik Alick. Local entertainer Andrew Chamberlin and musician Dave Bootle dueled on piano during dinner, which lead to dancing and singing by a very engaged audience.

The evening ended with an after hours speakeasy bar, with performances by local resident and musical artist Lynn Lovett, among other talented musicians.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Deputy Governor Ginny Ferson; Premier Michael Dunkley; Minister of Health, Seniors & Environment Jeanne Atherden; MP Susan Jackson, Senator Jeff Baron, Senator Georgia Marshall, Senator Lynne Woolridge, Shadow Minister of Finance David Burt; Shadow Minister of Health Kim Wilson, and Shadow Minister for Seniors Derrick Burgess.
