I agree with the above comments. I do hope the Police are NOT going to charge the victim with anything seeing as he was only defending himself. Serves the ASSailant right. He gets ZERO sympathy from me.

  7. Awake says:

Serious head injuries? Seems to me he had serious “head” injuries prior to the attack on the victim! The other three fools took off…let’s hope the victim knows who they are and will identify them. I’m sure we’ll hear shortly that these hooligans are “angry” and that’s their excuse for their actions!

    • Regina says:

No, soon we’ll hear that the injured man “din seen nuffin” and “don know dem 3 bies.” Innit.

  11. Keepin' it Real!...4Real! says:

hang on… i musta missed something…..the police are seeking “witnesses”…ummm, was this guy “working” all alone, all by himself..?? seems odd…govt.sends out “crews” at least 3or4…jus sayin’

    • Daytime High-Beamer says:

Strong point. Why else would the other three losers beat feet? W & E bies 1 losers 0-1!

    • Juice says:

The police usually seek as many witnesses as they can because the more versions of the story they get, the more details they get and the better they can ascertain exactly what went down. One witness may have seen or remembered something that another may not have.

      • sage says:

So why didn’t they ask for witnesses to the crash of the brand new police bike outside the National Stadium? Ok you did say “usually”.

  12. D says:

whats done in the dark comes 2 light….hmmmm 4 people after him…..

  15. peter n says:

The police better not charge the one attacked with anything…you have every right to protect yourself…your famiky and property by any means!!!

    • Come Correct says:

Tell that to the man who had his house invaded by a POS with duct tape, condoms, taser and a knife. He got a conditional discharge for beating the assailants head against a wall…DPP shoulda baked him a f***in hero cake. Moral of the story, throw the pieces in the road and let the BPS make their money.

  16. kushlite says:

    take that you chumps!

i would do the same too!

  19. Shell says:

Unfortunate but the victim has been arrested for defending himself. Spent the night in custody. Unbelievable. While the 3 of the assailants got away and their mate is in the hospital with serious head injuries. No support for him with his so called aceboys. I hope to god someone talks and they find the other 3 who ‘made good their escape’. they need to let the victim go and not be charged. Pat him on the back and say well done!

    • Huh? says:

You really think the victim doesn’t know who these guys are?
      He probably does.
You think that he would tell the police?
      He probably won’t.

    • N says:

Im not surprised w/ police keeping him – thats how they act (despite circumstance)

  20. stunned... says:

…yes it’s true that the W&E (watching and earning) have been taking too long with that piece of work…but that’s just ridiculous!

    • Raymond Ray says:

Though it’s humorous, it’s also true and a crying shame, “W.& E. (watching and earning)”

  21. Joe says:
