YAO Cal Ripken Baseball League Results
In YAO Cal Ripken Division baseball action, the Cardinals defeated the Cubs 10 – 8. The Cardinals were led my Noah Autemezquine on the mound and at the plate.
Autemezquine went 3 innings, striking out 3 keeping the Cubs at bay. Autemezquine also led the Cardinals at the plate as well with 2 hits and 3 RBI’s, the Cardinals’ Somers Mello added 4 RBI’s of his own.
The Cubs got contributions from Kaelin Paynter 2-2 and Jannis Roberts 2-3, but was not enough to overcome a Cardinal team effort at the plate and in the field, with strong short stop play by Matt Ingelman.
