18 Year OId Charged With Trespassing, Stealing
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [June 8], an 18-year-old male was granted bail after being charged with trespassing and stealing.
According to the evidence read-in by the Crown, Tyler Christopher was allegedly caught as he was leaving a just ransacked dwelling and resisted arrest by the police on 5th June 2015.
Christopher told Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe that he was not guilty to trespassing in a Southampton residence on 5th June 2015 and stealing a ring and bracelet.
The Senior Magistrate granted Christopher bail of $3,000 with one surety, required him to wear an electronic monitoring device, abide by a curfew, have no contact with the complainant and any witnesses, and report to the police station.
Mr Christopher must return to Court on 23rd June for Mention.
