47-Year-Old Man Denies Possession Of Heroin

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 31], 47-year-old Mr Adbul Ebbin plead guilty to speeding and was fined, and also pleaded not guilty to possessing heroin in June 2013.

When Magistrate Archie Warner asked why Mr Ebbin had failed to appear in Court for his 2013 trial, Mr Ebbin offered no reason.

The Crown Prosecutor told the Magistrate that the amount of heroin was alleged to be 1.72 grams. The Magistrate set Mention on the possession plea for 14th September and remanded Mr Ebbin into custody until that date.
