Court: Man Remanded On Sex Assault Charge
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept 21], a 31-year-old man pleaded not guilty to committing sexual assault on a female in Warwick earlier this month.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ruled that the man was to be remanded into custody until his trial in November 2015, which prompted an objection from the defendant.
However the Magistrate did not change his decision, and the defendant, who cannot be named at this stage due to legal reasons, was remanded in custody.
