Final ‘Movies In The Square’ On September 19
The Corporation of St. George’s Activities Committee will be hosting its final Movies in the Square event of the year at Kings Square on September 19, with the films ‘Home’ and ‘And So It Goes,’ which stars actor Michael Douglas, to be shown.
Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs; refreshments will be on sale.
The synopsis for ‘Home’ says, “When Oh, a loveable misfit from another planet, lands on Earth and finds himself on the run from his own people, he forms an unlikely friendship with an adventurous girl named Tip who is on a quest of her own.”

“Through a series of comic adventures with Tip, Oh comes to understand that being different and making mistakes is all part of being human. And while he changes her planet and she changes his world, they discover the true meaning of the word home.”
The synopsis for ‘And So It Goes’ says, “Oren Little has turned his back on all his neighbors and shunned the notion of being kind to others after the death of his wife. Next door neighbor Leah has put her soul, and her tears, into her stagnant singing career after the death of her husband.”
