Causeway To Open To Two-Way Traffic Today
The Ministry of Public Works said they “would like to advise motorists that the traffic lights and barriers currently directing traffic on the Causeway will be removed at approximately 2 p.m. today [Oct 7].
“It is expected that the Causeway will be clear and open to two-way traffic by 2:30 pm,” a spokesperson said. ”The Ministry would like to thank the public for their patience during this traffic disruption.”

Okay but why was it closed to one lane? I haven’t seen any work being done.
It’d make farmore sense closing one lane temp. in the event there be an emergency and the the weather didn’t get worse than anticipated getting. Remember, “an oz. of prevention is worth a pound of defeat”
