Court: 31-Year-Old Denies Wounding His Father
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Nov 9], a 31-year-old Southampton man denied wounding his father, with the Court hearing the alleged incident took place earlier this month.
Leigh Swann elected to be tried in Magistrate’s Court and plead not guilty to unlawfully wounding another man, his father, on 5th November 2015.
Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set trial for January 2016, granted bail at $3,000, required a surety in a like amount, and ordered that Mr Swann have no contact whatsoever with the complainant.
