53-Year-Old Man Charged With Dog Offence

Appearing in Magistrates Court, 53-year-old Amaral Joao Silveira, was charged under the Dogs Act with keeping a Belgian Malinois dog that between April 2015 and May 2015 repeatedly made noises to the annoyance of others.

Mr Silveira plead not guilty. Magistrate Archie Warner set a trial date in January 2016 and granted bail of $1,000.
